A licence from a non-EU country is valid in Poland for 6 months from the start of residence. Count from the day Poland became your normal place of residence.
With UKR status the licence is recognised while temporary protection lasts — currently until 4.03.2027. For taxi work you need to exchange it straight away.
Applications for a replacement or a duplicate are filed within 30 days.
