Without an exam
If your country is party to the Vienna (1968) or Geneva (1949) road traffic convention, the licence is exchanged without an exam — only verification of its authenticity is needed.
With an exam
If the country isn't party to the conventions, you also need a theory exam at WORD. The urząd creates a driver candidate profile (PKK) and we book your exam.
Verification with the issuing country
The urząd sends a query to the country that issued the licence. The reply time depends on that country; sometimes the consulate helps. We follow the case and answer the urząd's queries.
