What data and why
- Name, phone, messenger, licence details (country, categories, status, start of residence), comment and attached document photos — to answer your request and handle your case (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Consent to news — only if you tick it (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Google statistics and ads — only with your cookie consent.
Documents
Attached photos and scans reach us via Telegram and are used only to handle your case. We delete them on request or when the case is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Recipients
- Authorities and partners needed for your case: the urząd, a sworn translator — only to the extent necessary.
- IT providers: Netlify (hosting), Telegram (request notifications), Google (ads and statistics — only after consent).
Retention
Request data — up to 12 months from the last contact; after a contract is signed — for the period required by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (Netlify, Google, Telegram) may process data outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the President of UODO.
